Once I called to cancel, then miraculously you start assigning shipping numbers to the order to be shipped to me anyway and your prompts telling me it can't be cancelled because it's already shipping. WTAH....... So you feel that since you shipped it, you're thinking I won't return it because it'll cost me to do that, right? The promo code was false advertising to get people to place an order? Deceptive business practices. I cancelled that order with one of your agents by the name of Errwin before any shipping labels were assigned to it therefore it should not be shipping out now. Fix this!!!!!!
